Welcome to the Benacon web site.. At Benacon, we consider that the purchase or rental of a property is an important and serious issue and that the best way of helping our potential clients is to inform them in the most comprehensive and accurate manner. Our web site reflects this idea, and is suited to giving comprehensive information, rather than displaying the usual standardised romantic and self promoting presentations. To achieve this, our site design principles are as follows ; - The text is reduced to a minimum, is clear and condensed, with specific organised information. - The pictures are many, selected to illustrate our work, since a picture is always better than a long speech. As a result, the site is very large and browsing without guidelines or an overall understanding of its structure could be quite time consuming, if not tiring. To avoid or reduce this inconvenience, we have structured access to the requested information to be as easy and direct as possible. The company activity covers various fields, all related to Cyprus (Pafos only) property, whether it be buying, selling or renting. Each field of activity is described generally first and in greater detail later. The paging structure provides progressive explanation according to the level of interest from heading pages containing only basic information to detailed pages with more text and pictures. Links are also provided from page to page within the same subject. Brief explanation on the next complementary pages contents is given to help decide on getting deeper into the subject or not. The complementary pages can be substantial and may need more downloading time, especially those containing pictures. To help each visitor manage his time, information about the page sizes is given in the main index file (" The info. path"). Links have been organised for easy browsing. Page under construction are specified in the main index file.
This page is a detailed summary of the site
structure with the various sections of the company's activity or visitor's interest. All
sections are listed, and direct links to each section are provided, together with
information on the size of the section, in term of pages, number of photographs included
and approximate downloading time.
