 Benacon was established in 1984 by a team of experienced architects, civil
engineers and builders, to offer a comprehensive service for the entire process of
building a house.
Over the years Benacon has completed many projects in the Paphos area, and from
renovations to construction of customised villas has proven capable of original design and reliable execution.
The company has set high building standards which place it as a leader for quality and
creativity in the field of home building contracting.
As a natural progression - to satisfy demand and in order to offer a wider choice to our
clients - we established our own company for building exclusive developments in 1992.
To complement our service, in 1995 we created Benacon Properties, a registered estate agency, with all types of resale properties on its books.
As an alternative to property purchase, Benacon is in the process of developing a rental service, offering furnished properties of various sizes and
styles for those seeking to experience life in Cyprus.
